Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. After shipping, domestic delivery takes 2–5 business days and international delivery takes 10–15 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard domestic shipping is $4.99. Orders over $80 qualify for free shipping. International rates are calculated at checkout.

I didn't receive a confirmation email or tracking link?

Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@babysmilies.com with your order number and we'll resend it.

My tracking number isn't working?

Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to appear in the carrier's system after your order ships. If it still doesn't work after that, contact our support team.

Sizing & Products

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a Size Guide with measurements by age group. We cover sizes from 0–3M through 8–10Y. When in doubt, size up — kids grow fast!

What materials do you use?

Most products are made from 95% organic cotton, 5% elastane. All materials are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, tested and verified free from harmful substances.

Are your clothes machine washable?

Yes! Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Avoid bleach to keep colors vibrant.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. We provide full refund or free replacement for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. See our Refund Policy for full details.
