Can I return a personalized item?

Anything unworn and unwashed can come back within 30 days. A piece printed with your own words is made for one order, so it can only be returned if the mistake is ours.

What if the print is wrong?

A misprint, a flaw or the wrong item is our error, and we replace it or refund it. Send a photo to support@babysmilies.com and we will sort it out.

Can I change my order after checkout?

Write to support@babysmilies.com as soon as you can. We can change an order while it is still waiting to be printed, which is usually the same day — once it is on the press it cannot be changed.
