When will my order arrive?
Every piece is made to order. Printing takes 3–5 days, then standard US delivery adds 2–5 days. The dates on this page are estimates rather than guarantees — carriers and holidays move them.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on US orders over $80 after discounts. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return a personalized item?
Anything unworn and unwashed can come back within 30 days. A piece printed with your own words is made for one order, so it can only be returned if the mistake is ours.
What if the print is wrong?
A misprint, a flaw or the wrong item is our error, and we replace it or refund it. Send a photo to support@babysmilies.com and we will sort it out.
Can I change my order after checkout?
Write to support@babysmilies.com as soon as you can. We can change an order while it is still waiting to be printed, which is usually the same day — once it is on the press it cannot be changed.
